Team Rooster has a mission to give back as much as we can to our Wheelchair Tennis Community which has helped us so much!
We have seen the need for Travel Funding, not only for ourselves but for every wheelchair tennis athlete we have had discussions with when asking about the challenges they face in playing competitive tennis.
There are grants for wheelchairs, and there are grants for coaching and training, but there are not any avenues to acquire funding for travel.
Our mission is to start raising funds and bring awareness to this need. Team Rooster hopes to eventually provide Travel Funding Assistance for deserving Wheelchair Tennis competitors as we continue to grow, develop corporate relationships, and raise money through multiple ventures.
We are actively recruiting volunteers with fundraising experience, accounting knowledge, creative solutions, and a passion for helping others. Together we hope to build a foundation that allows athletes to travel and compete across the globe.
